Tasting Notes

A beautifully pale, dry rosé inspired by the sun-drenched vineyards of Provence, this wine is all elegance, charm and effortless sophistication. Fragrant aromas of wild raspberry, red cherry and freshly picked strawberries drift from the glass, inviting the first sip. The palate is crisp and vibrant, revealing layers of juicy red berries, citrus blossom and a subtle hint of pink peppercorn spice. Delicately textured with a gentle savoury edge and fine mineral thread, it offers both freshness and complexity. Bright natural acidity carries the wine to a long, refreshing finish. Graceful and romantic, it is a wine made for long lunches, warm afternoons and unforgettable moments shared with friends.

Bouquet

Lifted aromatics of wild strawberries, cranberry and pomegranate, with underlying notes of red currant and blood orange zest. Hints of white florals and a faint spice nuance suggest whole-bunch influence.
