The palate is richly textured yet beautifully restrained, revealing layers of stone fruit and savoury lemon curd balanced by bright natural acidity. Elegant oak integration adds complexity and finesse, leading to a long, refined finish. The Fruit for this wine was hand-picked from our Rosa Glen vineyard then gently pressed to a combination of old and new oak where it was allowed to ferment naturally. The wine was matured for 12 months in the French oak before it was carefully blended and bottled.
A complex and elegant Chardonnay displaying aromas of vanilla bean, stone fruit and citrus. The palate is richly textured with layers of peach, nectarine and savoury lemon curd, balanced by bright acidity and subtle oak influence. Enjoy beautifully now or cellar with confidence for up to 10 years.
