The fruit was machine harvested then pressed directly to older French Oak for natural fermentation. Following Fermentation the wine was matured for 12 months and then blended and bottled.

The wine shows delicate tropical and citrus aromas with a clean, refreshing, textural palate. 

Now is the time for drinking this wine however it will develop in the bottle for 3-5 years.
