The Fruit for this wine was hand-picked from our Rosa Glen vineyard then gently pressed to a combination of old and new oak where it was allowed to ferment naturally. The wine was matured for 12 months in the French oak before it was carefully blended and bottled.

A Chardonnay of great complexity, this wine has aromas of Vanilla bean, stone fruit and citrus with a savory lemon curd palate. Again, drinks well now but a lovely wine to cellar for up to 10 years.
